There are many opportunities to give away school supplies right now. My church is collecting supplies for kiddos in need of supplies, many stores allow you to purchase and leave supplies right there in the store, and you can even call your local school district and/or specific schools around you to ask for specific supply needs. These are all great options for some of the deals and freebies you can find right now in the school supply sections.

Hello my Fellow Frugal Friend! My BEST deals this were a part of that $4 off 4 sale at Kroger. If that sale continues (sometimes it does) let me know if you're interested, and I'll mail you some coupons.- K, so the Febreze Set and Refresh was on sale for $2.50ea. Buy 4 get $4 off, so they were down to $1.50, and I happened to have like 50 coupons for them that were for $1.50 off, so I got them for FREE!!! Well, I did have to pay .50 tax. But I'll take it! Got enough good smelling yumminess to last for a year :-) I love weeks like this! - Way to go on your shopping...I think whenever you save 33% or more (i.e. half of what you spend), you're doing GREAT!

that is amazing. i can't get into couponing-i don't save enough for it to be worth it because the stores around here are NOT coupon friendly! it's sad : (

ReplyDeletei love krogers but have yet to venture into walgreens quite yet---although i know if i did i'd save so much more! i always plan out exactly what we are getting and stick to that although my husband is always amazed that i went in for certain items but when you get them free, why not?? :)
